California Strawberry Commission Food Safety Certificate Program


The California Strawberry Commission’s Food Safety Certificate Program is designed for California strawberry growers, ranch managers and field supervisors. The program provides training on food safety practices to minimize the risk of microbial contamination during the harvest of fresh and frozen strawberries.  Participants must attend all five classes and pass each of five tests in order to achieve the food safety certificate.
